*Conference bags with promotional materials of companies (pamphlets, brochures, leaflets, etc.) will be distributed to all participants. All materials must be completed and supplied by companies. Inserts are not to be longer than 6 – 8 sheets of A4 paper. Should the company wish to have additional materials inserted in bags, it should contact the organizer beforehand.
