During the two days of the Industrial Forum IRT 2009, more than 250 experts were networking, building bridges and listening to more than 50 presentations about the professional, innovational and technological achievements of domestic knowledge from the last few years. The forum was accompanied by the presentation of more than thirty companies from the industry, who presented their latest achievements in the exhibition hall. The participants have agreed that the economic crisis makes it even more important to socialize at the events, yielding many new contacts that enable an exchange of opinions, experience and knowledge, often leading to successful collaboration. Building on the success of the first forum, the creators of IRT3000 magazine are preparing the Industrial Forum IRT 2010 in creative cooperation with the industry.
The event aims to present achievements and novelties from the industry; innovations and innovative solutions from the industry and for the industry; cases of knowledge and experience transfer among industries; the use of new ideas, concepts, methods, technologies and tools in the industrial environment; the status quo in the industry, its requirements and needs, successful applicative projects carried out by research organisations, institutes and universities in the industrial environment; as well as cases of transfer of applicative knowledge from the science and research sphere to the industry.

Invitation to authors of expert articles
Everyone who wishes to present the results of development, novelties,
professional or business achievements at the IRT 2010 Industrial Forum, or just
draw attention to the conditions in companies and economy, is invited to send
us the abstract of expert article containing not more than one page of text.
The expert article should deal with at least one of the main topics of the forum
and should be aligned with the programme. The application of article
with the abstract is only possible online by using the form on the event's
website. The final deadline for submission of article with abstract is March 9
2010. The applications may be closed before this date if we receive the
planned number of corresponding article abstracts.
Invitation to the main sponsor of the event
Becoming the main sponsor of the event enables you to have your company
name and logo printed on all promotional materials (brochures, proceedings,
printed material, poster, website and CD s), acknowledgement on the
projection screen during breaks and before paper presentations, an
advertisement in the conference proceedings, a banner ad with link to the
sponsor’s homepage on the forum’s oficial website, an exhibition area of 8
m2, company presentation on the forum’s websites and registration fees for
four people. The anticipated contribution of the main sponsor is at least EUR
3,750.
Invitation to sponsors of the event
Becoming a sponsor of the event enables you to have your company name and
logo printed on the forum’s promotional materials (posters, proceedings, and
website), an exhibition area of 4 m2 and registration fees for two persons. The
anticipated contribution of a sponsor is at least EUR 1,650.
Invitation to exhibitors
Company presentation price for Exhibition area is EUR 500 (VAT
not included). The company presentation price includes the following:
exhibition area (around 4 m2), three poster boards measuring
1 m x 2.3 m, two poster boards measuring 0.5 m x 2.3 m, a desk
(1 m x 0.6 m), two chairs, electrical power connection and
wireless internet.
One person on the exibition area has reduced two days fee on EUR 120,00 (VAT not included). The fee includes conference materials, snacks and drinks during breaks, two lunches and dinner.
Invitation to advertisers in the conference proceedings
Price list for advertising in the conference proceedings (VAT not
included): Full page (A4) EUR 300; Half page (A5) EUR 200. Price
list for inserts in conference bags (VAT not included) EUR 350. All
materials must be completed and supplied by companies. Inserts
are not to be longer than 6 – 8 sheets of A4 paper.
Registration fee for participants:
Day One of the Forum: EUR 195 (VAT not included)
Day Two of the Forum: EUR 165 (VAT not included)
Both days: EUR 295 (VAT not included)
Fee for authors of articles
The fee for the leading author of article (speaker at IRT Industrial
forum) for June 7 and 8 is EUR 120 (VAT not included). The fee for
one coauthor for June 7 and 8 is regular participant fee, reduced
by 25%.
